David S. Fowler, is the former Chairman and CEO of The Chubb Institute.  He spent 37 years at The Chubb Corporation, where his professional tenure encompassed the roles of Senior Vice President, The Chubb Corporation; Vice Chairman, Chubb Life; Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chubb & Son; and Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer, Chubb & Son. Serving as a senior executive in Operations, Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resources, Mr. Fowler established a reputation as an engaging, energetic, and empowering leader and a highly-effective mentor. He led and implemented talent management strategies and  guided successful executive team alignments and succession planning at the highest levels.

Mr. Fowler has a Bachelor of Arts, International Relations, from Brown University and attended Strategic HR: Management & Advanced Management through Harvard Business School Executive Programs, and CEO: Leadership Institutes with Yale University & Emory University.
