Fields of Conflict Conference Banquet Dinner with Keynote Robert Ballard

Saturday September 29, 2018 5:30PM. Enjoy Native cuisine with Mashpee Wampanoag Chef Sherry Pocknett and Keynote Speaker Robert T. Ballard, USN, Ret., Maritime Archaeologist who will speak about discovering the wrecks of the Bismarck, USS Yorktown and PT-109.
Tickets are $60.00 per person, including hors d’oeuvres and cash bar. Serving wild rice fritters, quahog fitters and smoked salmon bites hors d’oeuvres; quahog chowder, autumn succotash, salads made with local greens and sun chokes, and corn cakes with cranberry chutney appetizers; and your choice of one main entrée of seafood stew with striped bass, scallops, mussels, little necks and fire roasted tomatoes, venison roast with beach plum reduction, or stuffed squash with wild rice blend, beans, nuts, seeds, cranberries and scallions; followed by desserts sassafras sorbet, cranberry pear crisp and peach shortcake.
