Every vessel tells a story, and Maine Maritime Museum has been piecing together the often elusive story of the 1906 schooner Mary E. Join Chief Curator Anne Witty as she shares the process of searching for images, documents, and personal stories to better understand the vessel’s long history. She’ll also describe how the museum uses modern technology to assist in recording the vessel’s lines, shape, and restoration through current techniques like photogrammetry.
