Join Independence Seaport Museum and guest speaker Commander (CDR) Warren Judge to celebrate the United States Coast Guard’s birthday! Take part in special activities, enjoy birthday cake, and more. CDR Judge has 32 years of distinguished service in the United States Coast Guard (USCG), with occupational specialty in the area of C4IT (Command, Control, Computers and Communications). He was a prior Radioman ‘RM’ in the enlisted ranks prior to his selection to college and transition to becoming an officer. He is currently stationed at Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City, N.C.
