Conference Registration

The conference brings together organizations and participants that engage in all aspects of maritime heritage.

This includes maritime museums, historic lighthouses, tall ships for sail training and youth, small craft, marine art, sailing, naval and maritime scholars, advocacy, and more. It is also a gathering of the leadership of the maritime heritage community.

 

Registration Fees:

  • $400: Early Bird Registration (closes Friday 1 August 2025)
  • $450: Full Registration (after 1 August 2025)
  • $350: Student & Young Professional Registration (for 25 years and under; must show valid student ID, or provide employer endorsement on company letterhead)
  • $200: Social Companion Registration (includes Wednesday’s welcome reception, visitor pass to the Buffalo Naval Park, Thursday’s reception at the Buffalo Naval Park, and Saturday night cocktail and banquet)
  • $175: Single-Day Registration (choose one: Thursday, Friday, or Saturday)
  • $350 Double-Day Registration (choose two: Thursday, Friday, or Saturday)

Note:

  • HNSA-sponsored attendees must register here and on the HNSA website to receive a registration stipend.
  • All Registration Closes 10 September 2025.

Accommodations

The adjacent Hyatt Regency and Holiday Inn will have blocks of rooms made available for attendees at a conference rate.
